זה ששר הבריאות הורוביץ הולך להעביר את סמכויות הכנסת לארגון הבריאות העולמי,
שהתורמים הגדולים שלו הם תאגידי בריאות,
קרנות של מיליארדרים,
מדינות בעלי עניין בשליטה ובכוח,
למשל סין וארצות הברית.
הכול נעשה במחשכים, ללא דיון ציבורי,
ללא תקשורת
וללא שום דיון בנושא במליאה.
מפלגת זכויות האדם, מרצ והעומד בראשה של שר הבריאות ניצן הורוביץ
מובילים את ישראל לוותר על ריבונותה בזמן מגפה או חשש לאירוע.
ישראל עשויה לחתום על אמנה בין-לאומית
שתעביר אחריות לטיפול במגפות לארגון הבריאות העולמי.
nations who are all signed up to the united nations, more control over future pandemics. It suggested that they will be able to order lockdowns, etc. taking away individual nations decisions. Countries would be given up their sovereignty over to the world health organization who would be making all of their national healthcare decisions when there is an emergency, and I suppose they would
determine when and what exactly constitutes an emergency.
And this is potentially happening on May the 22nd at the World Health Alliance Summit, it says here.
So it's yet another step in the direction of a one-world government, which, as you know, I've been talking about it here,
warning about it for I don't know how long.
If you see this advert, you can tell how with the recent situations,
how they can milk this to bring everyone together.
Again, they claim it's for your best interest,
when really it's about centralizing control and power.
We need to create a חברה אינטרנציה.

It goes on to say here this means that the World Health Organization would have decision-making authority to intervene in the United States government policy and any nation of the world without our permission. For instance, the lockdown, where you see 26 million people today locked down in Shanghai, China, they can't leave their apartments or homes.
The World Health Organization would have the authority to be able to enforce that here in the United States or whatever pretext they want.
They don't have to show data, they could do this,
it says.
So again,
are we not already in that situation though?
I mean, if all these countries are signed up to the United Nations,
that is 193 or 194 countries, the United Nations power over these countries include
it says here,
they establish peace-keeping operations,

So what this treaty is, is it's just making it more concrete.
They're streamlining their one-world government,
establishing more control over all of these countries, probably by introducing bigger fines, if those countries don't do what they say.
They are getting more strict because
it's basically, that's what the United Nations want.
The name says it all, they want to unite all nations into a one-world government.
That's what they were set up for.
But at the same time,
when we see many of these reports in the alternative community,
which are somewhat,
you know,
a bit panic about this,
it kind of reinforces the idea that once a treaty is signed,
that it's like it's written in stone.
Nothing is written in stone, you know, it's a piece of paper.
It says here, a country can always refuse under international law.
If a country doesn't like a certain law,
it can simply choose not to follow the law.
At the moment,
anyhow,
אבל unfortunately,
all of these countries are run by puppet תירants instilled by the establishment.
They are all working in lockstep with one another in order to fulfill this New World Order Plan.
Any country, of any sense, would pull out from the United Nations.
But hey,
what's it?
It says here,
the United Nations have a rule where it says you can't leave the
United Nations. It says here, it is technically not possible for a member state to leave the United Nations.
There is no provision in the UN Charter for a nation's withdrawal.
How ever,
countries can stop co-operation with the UN or leave specific UN agencies,
such as the World Health Organization or UNESCO.
But they still remain a UN member of state,
it says here. So again, you know, it's all a bit of an illusion. Now, matter what a treat is assigned,
a country still doesn't have to do what they say,
they don't have to cooperate.
the problem is that once this treaty is signed leaders can then pretend to pass the bucket and say,
Oh, well, you know, you know, it's out of my hands because I have to follow what the World Health Organization
recommends because of the treaty we signed,
and they may use this as an excuse. And they probably will, because they are all part and parcel of the system of trying to get the people to accept the future one-world government.
But they don't have to.
So there you go. I mean, it's another step in the direction of a one-world government,
and it's the date as well, the date I find interesting,
maybe the 22. Now, this is just from a personal view,
you know, as you know, I get loads of e-mails,
all kinds of stuff, and I do read them,
I do read them all.
I don't have time to answer them all,
but I do read them.
I have received three e-mails from three different people over the last month,
of claiming, OK, that something big was going to happen on a 20 second,
and they gave details of places and where and what was going to happen,
all different, all of them being quite,
you know,
quite out there and sensational.
They had no evidence to back up these claims,
so I'm not going to share them,
but what was strange was that all these separate emails
were going to happen that whatever was going to happen,
was going to happen on a 20 second.
And now, here we see this World Health Organization and this treaty being signed on MeToo 22.
I just thought that it was kind of strange.
Are these e-mails trying to get me to talk about something that happens on that day,
or a prediction on that day, to distract from this?
or what?
I don't know,
just kind of עוד, I just thought I bring it up,
but it's certainly strange.
Anyhow, all this is happening,
many people are not aware of all this going on.
these treaties, these plans for a one-world government and how it links in with the password and the digital IDs and the social credit scores.
They are continually bringing in two-step authorizations
for your phone, for these apps and for the banks,
tying you to your phone
all the more as time goes on. You can see how it all slowly coming together. They can't do it quickly because it would harass too much suspicion from Mr. and Mrs. blogs.
And those people are the majority. So again, it's all about awareness.
It's all about spreading awareness.
That is the key.

Well, we're pushing back here pretty, we're starting to really much push back against speech and censorship.
But in the European Union, we reported last week on an act that was passed, that's going to be coming to effect mid to end of summer,
to police free speech on big tech,
Twitter, YouTube, things like that. But they just released a draft of something they want, kind of like the next phase of what they want,
and it's very interesting. Here's the headline, if anyone wants to read about it.
New EU rules would require chat apps to scan private messages, for what?
for child abuse.
It says here that they'll do things called detection orders. Detection orders would be issued by individual EU nations,
and the commission claims these would be,
quote, targeted and specific to reduce privacy infringement.
However, the regulation is not clear about how these orders would be targeted,
whether they would be limited to individuals or groups, for example,
or applied to a much broader category.
And looking at this beyond the headline, we have a professor at Johns Hopkins.
He teaches and researches,

his name is Matthew Green.
קריפטוגרפיה is basically techniques and concepts to secure information and communication in this digital world we live in.
And here's the tweet, he looked at this thing and here's what he had to say about it.
He said, this document is the most terrifying thing I've ever seen.
It is proposinging a new mass surveillance system that would read private messages,
not not to detect CSAM, but to detect,
quote, groominging.
Read for yourself.
He also called this thing the most sophisticated mass surveillance machinery ever deployed outside of China in the USSR.
And understand, once this thing, if it ever gets up and running in the EU,
it will allow all governments,
kind of a plug and play system,
even from the political level and the messaging level,
to get this thing in every country.
So this is a,
this is really what they would call beach head.
The whole world has to fight this in the EU, because it can't,
it cannot מתאססססייז throughout the rest of the world. This thing is
terrifying.
It's basically using AI to scan everyone's messages in search for context of how people talk.
So if the AI searches and finds some take something out of context or images out of context,
memes out of context,
what happens then?
well, we know, we're going to probably,
as we,
as it suggested here in the United States,
that people would be possibly a domestic terrorist,
people would possibly be brought up for child abuse or grooming or God knows what would happen.
So this is a very interesting time in our world of communication that we're living in right now.
And let's not get caught off guard here.
This is how you do it. When you want to take away people's rights,
you don't say we want to monitor you for questioning אם COVID is real or not,
or whether it came from a laboratory.
They're going to tell you something that they want everyone,
that everyone could agree on. We simply want to look at texts. They're trying to stop, you know, to try and root out child abuse.
well, who wants to see child abuse?
no one does.
But this is what they do. They pick a topic where we all just sign our lives away, well, I'm not abusing my children. I don't believe in human trafficking.
Sure, just go ahead and monitor my texts, because you won't find them here.
But that's it.
And you open the door.
Now, what's the next thing? It always gets slippery slope,
and then we slide down to where we're at now,
where, you know,
deciding whether or not you can wear them.
The air that is on your face is legal or not.
or you should be turning in your neighbors.
All of this is their dream.
So don't fall for the extreme example they used to get you to sign up.
In the end, once you're signed up, there's no signing out.
Next week, in Geneva, Switzerland,
members of the World Health Organization,
which was founded on the principles of establishing a one-world government,
will be voting to give them selfs world-wide authority when it comes to official international health emergencies.
