usually, the way they do speeding fines is through picking you up on a camera,
on a motorway,
or they usually have a police car or a police van hidden somewhere on the motorway,

or on a road anywhere,
usually on a Sunday morning or something,
snickly measuring the speed of the cars going past.
They don't need them anymore.
It will all be automated.
So, as you can see, this is what this is leading to.

but really, it's all about streamlining the fines,
automating the fines of you and increaseing,

their fine revenue,
as there must be many people who go over the speed limit and are not fined.

But above it and around it is the private sector and these non-profits.
